Jason Jujnovich is Co-owner and Executive Chef of Divido.
Originally from Perth, Jason moved to London working for chefs Marcus Wearing, Gordon Ramsay and Steven Terry. They taught him the necessity for discipline and basics, building the solid foundations that he uses everyday which are critical to good food.
Jason's love for Italian food stemmed from his time at the famed River Café. Their simplistic food, quality of produce and variety of difference has stayed with Jason and appears in his cooking.
Jason headed back to Australia working in renowned Melbourne restaurant Café Cucina and lastly as Head Chef of Italian restaurant Il Bacaro, where he collected several awards, including Melbourne Dine Out for Best Italian and The Age newspapers Good Food Guide 'Chef's Hat'.
The experience from Melbourne fuelled his desire to open his own style restaurant back in his home town. "I wanted to create a modern establishment that offers the diner a casual Italian eating and drinking experience in Perth. The wine list reflects our dedication to enjoying food and wine in its simplest form - pure satisfaction!"
